What I Do
I partner with leaders and organizations facing important, hard-to-define challenges. My work helps leaders clarify what matters, build capability that shows up in action, and move forward with intention.
Before launching my independent practice, I spent over two decades in senior learning, talent development, and change leadership roles. I partnered closely with executives, HR leaders, and technical experts to design and deliver development strategies that strengthened leadership capability and supported meaningful, sustained change. That experience allows me to quickly understand context, spot patterns, and focus on what will actually move the work forward.
