I’m a senior learning leader with a passion for building powerful, practical learning strategies and programs that move people and organizations forward. My roots are in instructional design, and I’ve spent the last 10+ years creating and executing learning strategies, leading learning teams, and managing complex enterprise change. I love a good certification: I am a CPTD®, Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, certified in Hogan Assessments, and hold a M.Ed. with a focus on instructional technology.

Are you into DiSC®? I’m a strong C - I love a good process, especially if I’m able to help create it, and you can count on me to focus on the details, make decisions based on careful analysis, and solve problems based on research.

How about StrengthsFinder®? My top strengths are Intellection, Harmony, Input, Empathy, and Learning. I’m open-minded and curious, look for input from and alignment with leaders and stakeholders, and value learning as a personal and professional development tool.
